“Willkommen! Bieavenue! Welcome!” – The Emcee, CABARET.

I’m a military wife who has been living an extraordinary life!  The Hubby and I are currently  stationed in Mississippi, and before that, we were in California, and then, Guam. Our first base was in Germany and I’ve been able to satisfy my travel lust to Switzerland, France (Paris 3 times!), Crete, Bavaria, Berlin, Austria, Rome, Florence, Verona, Venice,  Milan, and Luxembourg (whew!)

In my every day life, I teach voice, dance, and theatre to students.  I am also a Speech Communications Professor for Napa Valley College.

I also have a professional background as a singer and actress, which I still get to do from time to time.

We have two furry kids – Casanova & Roxie. They make me a crazy cat lady:)

I started this blog as a way to help me accept who I am now, and not be living in the past or wishing I could lose weight. It’s been a positive journey thus far, and I wish for all of us to embrace who we are today, live in the moment, and keep trying to do better the next day.

With that in mind, let’s dress our best and work our curves!
